Shipping policy
Alchemyemporium.com uses a wide variety of shipping methods, and may also have wholesalers who ship via the US Postal Service, FedEx, Purolator, DHL, Canada Post and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location, and will be offered at the time of your purchase via the online shopping cart. Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location.
Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, if items are available, and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt, we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.
IF THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT DELAY ON ANY ITEMS DUE TO SUPPLIER ISSUES, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL, SO THAT YOU MAY DECIDE WHETHER YOU WISH TO WAIT FOR YOUR ITEM OR REQUEST A REFUND.
An additional $17.00 CAD charge will be applied for change of address, or location change after an order ships (per box).
At the present time, we are only able to ship orders to customers in the United States and Canada. Dependent upon your location, any additional charges for duty upon delivery is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand and answer for all fees and charges required by Customs and Duty regarding packages ordered and shipped internationally. FedEx and UPS have their own brokerage fees that we have no control over. These fees are billed in addition to any duty and applicable sales tax.
All items sold and distributed by Alchemyemporium.com are legal for sale and distribution, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. However, it is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in their particular country or region.
As we have multiple suppliers from both Canada and the United States, and we also sell Print on Demand products, we reserve the right to ship parcels in multiple orders. You will receive a separate shipping notification when each item ships. Should an item be back-ordered from a supplier, we will notify you immediately by e-mail or telephone with the exact date we expect the item will be back in stock. Should you not wish to complete your order for a back-ordered item, we will make arrangements for a credit to your original method of payment within 5 business days, or sooner.
