Payments Accepted
We accept payments made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and payments made through Google Pay and Apple Pay. You can select your payment method at check out.
International Customers - Please Note: All transactions are in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
Credit/Debit Card
Orders by Credit/Debit Card - Please note that Shipping and Billing Addresses must match or be confirmed/authorized.
Credit/Debit Card Declined Transactions
If your transaction is declined, please contact your bank/credit card company for further information. Please DO NOT contact us for declined transactions. We do not decline transactions, it is your bank/credit card company which declines the transaction based on information inputted by you - ie. correct address, secure code and insufficient funds in your account.
Multiple Pending Charges appear on your Credit/Debit Card Statement
If you attempted the transaction more than once upon having a declined transaction, multiple pending charges may appear on your statement.
We do not charge for declined transactions. Please be aware your issuing bank may be holding pending charges from 6 to 14 business days.

We do not sell your personal information. Please read our privacy policy for more details. You can opt out of our emails or newsletters at any time, by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom.
Shipping
At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.

Returns
Due to the nature of the majority of our products, we do not offer returns at this time. If you have a problem with your order, or something was damaged during shipping or arrived defective, please contact us directly at info@alchemyemporium.com so that we can make it right!
